Customer Notice – Middle East Conflict
On Saturday, 28 February, a major conflict escalated across the Middle East, impacting six countries in the region.
As a result, key airport hubs including Dubai and Doha have been closed. Etihad, Qatar Airways, and Emirates have cancelled all flights for at least a 12-hour period. The earliest potential resumption of cargo flights is currently scheduled for 4 March; however, as the situation remains fluid, further cancellations are possible.
It is expected that all freight operations transiting through Middle Eastern hubs will experience disruption.
With respect to sea freight, the direct impact at this stage is limited. Diversions away from the Red Sea route will continue as previously advised.
This is a rapidly evolving situation. We are monitoring developments closely and will continue to provide updates as more information becomes available. Our thoughts and prayers are with all civilians affected on all sides.
